Will-Mor specializes in precision CNC machining and fabrication of complex parts for the Aerospace, Defense, Energy and Commercial industries. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Peloton Advisory LLC to proactively identify a strategic partner that would value the market position, support the knowledgeable, long-term employees and bring added resources, products and services to Will-Mor’s tier-one OEM customer base.
Founded in 1952 and headquartered in Seabrook, New Hampshire, Will-Mor (www.will-mor.com) is a AS9100, ISO9001, ITAR registered company that is focused on machining and fabrication of complex “mission critical” parts. Will-Mor has a reputation as a turnkey supplier with the technical ability to solve customers’ most complex machining and tooling problems. The company will continue to be led by its strong management team including, Joe Sousa and Rob Roulliard.
