The Dirt Doctors LLC (“Dirt Doctors”) announced that it has been acquired by SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (“SiteOne”). This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Peloton Advisory LLC to identify a partner that would support the Dirt Doctors brand, operations and team in their continued growth in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Founded in 1989, Dirt Doctors, is a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of sustainable natural resource products including mulch, compost, loam and specialty spoils. Operating from three locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the Company also supplies decorative hardscapes, treated salts and other high-quality landscape supplies to the commercial landscape industry. Dirt Doctors will continue to be led by Founder & CEO, Keith Anastasy.
